Villa Pine Tree is located in Labin and is a superb example of modern architecture in harmony with nature. This luxurious villa is equipped with the highest quality aluminum joinery systems, which are not only functional but also aesthetically contribute to the unique appearance of the property.

In this project, we used AluK window and door systems 67 IW/ID, which provide exceptional thermal insulation, durability and elegance. AluK SC140TT lift-and-slide walls were installed, which allow for plenty of natural light and an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape, providing a feeling of spaciousness and connection with nature.

We paid special attention to the aluminum entrance door, which is equipped with a hidden wing on the outside, which achieves a minimalist and sophisticated look. In addition, the dark steel cladding around the windows is placed to emphasize the windows and create a unique look for the villa. This detail not only contributes to the aesthetic value of the building, but also emphasizes its modern architectural line.
