Aluminum brise-soleils are used for partial or complete shading of large surfaces—most commonly the facades of commercial buildings and industrial structures. The shading is achieved using blades that can be of various dimensions, either fixed or adjustable. Brise-soleils are highly durable and significantly contribute to the thermal insulation of the building.
