Cladding a building with aluminum is a conscientious and sustainable choice that protects the environment while enhancing comfort, aesthetics, acoustics, insulation, and fire resistance, regardless of the building’s purpose. Aluminum is lightweight yet strong, stable, and sufficiently flexible to meet all architectural demands in terms of size and shape. It is a sustainable material that can be endlessly recycled without loss of quality, resistant to decay over time, and has high fire resistance in accordance with current regulations.
FWS 50 CONTINUOUS FACADE
Functional and versatile solutions for cladding interior and exterior walls.
The system of decorative panels for interiors and exteriors is adaptable to various architectural styles, sustainable, and easy to install, with high resistance to external influences. This system protects against moisture and creates a ventilated facade, enhancing the aesthetic appeal, insulation, and fire-resistance properties of the space and the building as a whole.
The system uses modular components and comes in a wide range of color choices and finishes that faithfully reproduce natural materials on extruded aluminum: wood, marble, stone, steel, corten steel, and other metals.
Unlike wooden cladding, the CLADDING aluminum system is resistant to weather conditions and other external influences, requires no maintenance, ensures high fire performance in accordance with current regulations (UNI EN 13823: 2020), and protects walls from natural degradation over time.
- The CLADDING system can be installed in various ways depending on the project’s requirements.
- CLADDING aluminum panels provide flexibility and freedom to create unique facades. The panels can be installed horizontally or vertically, creating a symmetrical and continuous effect or unconventional and striking asymmetrical views.
It can be mounted directly on the wall if the surface is even and flat, or on an aluminum profile substructure that allows the insertion of insulation panels, creating a ventilated facade in this case. The panels are fixed with stainless steel clips that ensure mechanical sealing while also allowing the panels’ thermal expansion.
