The modern and attractive Vila Koko, located in Rovinj Village, is a perfect example of superior quality and aesthetics. ROPLAST played a key role in equipping this villa with energy-efficient PVC and ALU joinery. The building used the Deceuninck Elegant PVC system for windows and tilt-and-slide walls, roller shutters, the Schüco FWS 50 facade system, within which Schüco ASS 50 lift-and-slide walls were installed, and the Schüco ADS 65 entrance door system. The combination of joinery used makes this villa unique.

From idea to realization, this beautiful project is the work of the young and talented architect Stephanie Marija Krošnjak, who is also its owner.
Every detail was executed with exceptional precision, ensuring flawless installation and maximum functionality.
