Deceuninck has introduced an entirely new, top-of-the-line technology that ROPLAST, along with several other companies, is offering for the first time in Croatia. This innovation includes integrating structural glass fibers into the window and door profiles during the extrusion process, replacing the standard steel reinforcement.<\/p>\n

The elimination of steel has resulted in significant time savings for window manufacturers. In addition, the removal of steel from the sashes has also eliminated thermal bridges, allowing the new technology to achieve unprecedented levels of insulation.<\/p>\n

The formula for success continues in the new Elegant series. The fiberglass reinforcement in the sash, known as ThermoFibra, which refers to the thermal properties of fiberglass, works best in combination with Forthex reinforcement in the frame. This unique combination creates the best steel-free window concept on the market.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ThermoFibra technology<\/h3>\n

The Elegant series repeats the undeniable formula for success. The new Infinity sash is also available in a ThermoFibra version. In combination with Forthex-reinforced frames, Elegant ThermoFibra is the best functional solution for steel-free windows and doors on the market.<\/p>\n

Forthex reinforcement<\/h3>\n

The insulation values of the frames are further enhanced by selecting thermal reinforcement made from PVC rigid foam material reinforced with steel wire. This Forthex reinforcement is much lighter and easier to process, which benefits the physical comfort of window manufacturers and installers.<\/p>\n
