SCHÜCO ADS 65
The new Schüco doors ADS 65 are ideal for economical solutions that provide excellent thermal insulation. They are easy to install and can be used as doors for buildings of various purposes. Together with Schüco facades and windows, they offer many possibilities for a contemporary and modern appearance of the building.
The ADS 65 system is used for the production of doors. It is a profile system with a broken thermal bridge, with a basic installation depth of 65 mm and a minimum visible frame width of 69 mm. The thermal bridge break is achieved using polyamide connectors that allow for surface treatment before installation in the profile, or polyamide ones that enable surface treatment after installation in the profile. The system is compatible and allows for installation in Schüco facade systems FW50+ and FW60+.
In combination with appropriate glass, spacer, and threshold, the system can achieve an overall heat transfer coefficient for the door Ud < 1.6 W/m2 K. Results are confirmed by corresponding tests, and the result directly depends on the field size and the percentage share of glass and infill. Sealing between the sash and the door frame is done using two EPDM seals. The glass is secured in the sash/frame using an internal strip with a holder and sealed with EPDM seals on both sides. In the case of infill installation, it is possible to use a 3 mm shallower sash so that the appropriate covering material can be applied over the entire surface of the sash, all in line with the frame. The fittings are original, and there is a possibility of installing a system panic and emergency exit fittings according to the HRN EN 1125 and HRN EN 179 standards; there is also the option of installing automatic monitoring and control.
